Auberge du Pont d'Acigné Of Rennes

A big thanks to the chef @sylvain.guillemot of L’Auberge du Pont d’Acigné, for adding value to our products in his dishes. Organic veal from the Toucanne gardens in Boisgervilly, roasted salsify with salted butter and zaatar @fillesdetanios 👨‍🍳.

Our family craftsmanship being crossed here with the the craftsmanship of @atelier_amphotere. Sylvain Lequenne is a potter in Pleugueneuc. Inspired by gastronomy, he designs every piece he makes and transform it into a unique object intended for everyday use, standing the test of time.⚱
